Price Tracking Feature

I've just rolled out Price Tracking to the site! This feature allows you to track TCGplayer card prices and receive notifications when the price goes above or below a threshold you have set.

This feature uses cards within your collection to track, so make sure you have already added cards to your collection.

The notifications you receive will be emailed to you and tracked here on the site. Alerts are checked every 15 minutes by the server and we notify the user only on state changes.

Example:

1. When price first meets your condition (`<=` or `>=` target), it triggers once.
2. It will not trigger again while the condition stays true.
3. It can trigger again only after price leaves the condition and then re-enters it.
